We provide domestic violence advocacy, survivor support, education, safety-planning information, resource navigation, referrals, and community outreach designed to help victims and survivors recognize danger, understand their options, access support, and begin building a safer future.

Our work goes beyond surviving the immediate crisis. We educate individuals and communities about warning signs, stalking, coercive control, healthy relationships, the impact of domestic violence on children, and how to safely support someone experiencing abuse.

Through compassionate advocacy and lived experience, Pressure Built meets people without judgment and reminds survivors that abuse does not have to determine how their story ends.
